Warranty terms

Full vehicle warranty (1 year): Covers the motor, controller, battery, charger and other components that are not consumable parts. In the event of failures affecting operation that are not caused by user damage, free repair is provided in accordance with the detailed terms described in the section
<Warranty standards for parts covered by the three-guarantee principle>in this manual. Returns or replacements are not provided if there are no quality issues. If a functional failure or product quality defect occurs and an inspection at a company-authorized service center confirms that it is not the result of user actions, the customer may choose a return or replacement.
Warranty start date
The warranty period is calculated on the basis of the following valid proof of purchase documents (in order of priority):

In-store purchase: The date on the official invoice or receipt/proof of purchase (whichever is earlier).

Online purchase: The date of delivery confirmation / signed receipt. The warranty starts on the day after the customer confirms receipt.

Valid documents: The signed delivery document and purchase invoice constitute the basic valid documents.

Missing/illegible documents: If valid documents are missing, incomplete or illegible, the warranty start date will be determined based on the sales date recorded in the company’s system.

| Lithium-ion battery | After the lithium battery has been fully charged under specific environmental conditions (recommended charging temperature range: 0°C–35°C, operating temperature range: -10°C–45°C), the battery should be used under these conditions. At low temperatures, battery capacity may deteriorate to varying degrees. In particular, the available capacity is approximately 70% at -10°C, 85% at 0°C and 100% at 25°C. If the battery has not been subjected to external force or impact, and issues such as abnormal voltage, inability to charge, or tested capacity below 70% (measured with a discharge tester) occur, the battery qualifies for warranty service. If the battery is replaced under warranty, the warranty period for the new battery will be calculated based on the remaining warranty period of the original battery, from the date of replacement. | 12 months |
