If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return period, counted from the day you receive the product.

Before making a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain prior approval.
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

1. Conditions qualifying for return

You may request a return in the following cases:

Quality issues

  • manufacturing defects

  • technical issues not related to damage caused by the user

  • damage caused during transport

  • receiving the wrong product

Please report the issue promptly together with clear photos or videos so that we can help you quickly.

Non-quality returns (change of mind)

Non-quality returns are accepted within 14 days, provided that:

  • the product is unworn, unused and unopened, or

  • the bike has less than 1 mile on the odometer

  • the product shows no signs of use, dirt, dust, odor, scratches or modifications

  • all original accessories are included: charger, keys, mounting parts, manuals, etc.

  • the packaging remains intact and undamaged


2. Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • damage caused by improper use or incorrect assembly

  • opened or used products

  • custom-made or special products

  • sale products, gift cards, freebies and free products

Shipping is free of charge; returns are arranged on your own after contacting us.

To ensure smooth processing of your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service
    Describe the problem and attach photos or videos if it concerns product quality.

  2. Wait for approval
    Our team will contact you by phone or e-mail with further instructions.

  3. Inspection after receiving the shipment
    Returned products will be checked for condition.

  4. Refund
    For eligible returns, funds will be refunded within 3 business days after the inspection is completed.


4. Return costs (non-quality returns)

Below are the standard fees for customer-initiated returns (not related to quality):

5. Exchange policy

We offer exchanges for customers who wish to change the color or model.

Within 14 days

  • Same model, different color: 720 PLN per item

  • Different model: 720 PLN per item + price difference

After 14 days

  • Exchanges are not accepted.

Conditions qualifying for exchange:

  • original packaging

  • unused condition

  • less than 1 mile on the odometer


6. Order cancellation and special situations

Order cancellation

  • Before shipping: 5% handling fee

  • After shipping: 720 PLN bike shipping fee

Changing the delivery address

  • 75 PLN per item

Customer refuses to accept the shipment

  • 720 PLN return shipping fee
    or

  • 720 PLN additional reshipping fee

Lost or undeliverable shipment

  • Free reshipment or full refund


7. Refund policy

Quality-related returns

  • Within 14 days: free return or exchange

  • After 14 days: no returns; only exchange or partial refund possible

Non-quality returns

Accepted only within 14 days, provided the product is in new / unused condition.

Refund of price difference

  • Within 7 days: partial refund possible

  • After 7 days: the price difference is non-refundable (a free gift may be offered)


8. Refund processing time

After receiving and inspecting the return:

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that the bank or card operator may need additional time to post the funds
