Shipping Information

At YVOLT, we are committed to delivering electric bikes and accessories quickly, safely and with the utmost care. Our logistics process has been designed to be transparent and reliable — so you always know where your order is and when it will be delivered.


1. Shipping regions

YVOLT currently offers shipping to the following regions:

  • European Union — full service

  • International destinations — selected countries are supported; to check availability and get a quote, please contact our support team

If you are not sure whether your location is supported, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help.


2. Shipping costs

To ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience:

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Tax: The displayed purchase price includes all applicable taxes and is the final price.


3. Shipping location

All YVOLT bikes and accessories are shipped from the Polish warehouse within 48 hours; the first orders will be processed from April 1.

  • Main fulfillment center: Poland

  • Additional warehouses may be used to speed up delivery, depending on product availability.

Orders may be shipped in several packages, depending on the product type and warehouse location.


4. Shipping processing time

We make every effort to ensure that YVOLT products are delivered quickly and safely.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

  • Standard shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express shipping (PL): available for an additional fee

  • International shipping: depends on the destination country (usually 10–20 business days)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • periods of increased demand

  • deliveries to remote or rural areas

The estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout.


5. Changing shipping details

We understand that after placing an order you may need to update the address.

  • Address change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After the order has been shipped, changing the address may involve a redirect fee of UP TO 100 PLN, charged by the carrier.

  • If the address is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us, an additional reshipping fee of 500 PLN will be charged.

6. Order tracking

After your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number.

  • Tracking links will allow you to check the current shipment status with carriers such as UPS, DHL or SUUS.

  • For bikes or large shipments, the status may include additional logistics stages (sorting facilities, freight centers, etc.).
